Fontenelle Forest Presents: MORE Underground Animals!

Presented at Bellevue Public Library on Monday, July 8, 2013.

Deborah Woracek visited the library again this week to present another program on interesting creatures who live or dig underground.  She began her program by reading several stories:

Molly in Danger by Anne Carter
(No cover image available)

Animals Should Definitely NOT Act Like People by Judi Barrett, illustrated by Ron Barrett

An Extraordinary Egg by Leo Lionni

She also presented a study skin (stuffed specimen) of an albino mole as well as a large female toad.

Again this week, we drew the name of one lucky attendee to receive a free Family Day Pass for Fontenelle Nature Center!  Our thanks to our friends at FNA for providing the door prizes for these two programs!
